Helpful Details To Include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- What you were trying to do, such as create an alarm, solve a puzzle, restore purchase access, or stop a ringing alarm.
- The puzzle mode and difficulty if the issue happened during a challenge.
- Any screenshot or screen recording that shows the problem, if you are comfortable sharing it.
Purchase And Subscription Help
Purchases are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. For billing, refunds, or subscription cancellation, use your Apple ID purchase settings. For restore problems inside Brain Boot, email support with the product you bought and the device where restore failed.
Safety Note
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, backup codes, or other secrets in support email.
